EXHAUST INSTALLATION
Installing one of our exhaust systems is a fairly straightforward process that can be completed with basic hand tools and a sliver of mechanical knowhow. The following tools are required to install one of our exhaust systems on your bike unless specifically noted otherwise:
- A 14mm wrench
- A 3/8ths ratchet
- A 1/4" ratchet, extension and 1/2" socket
- A spring clip tool
- A 15mm socket
- A 1/4" hex socket

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Remove spring clip & flange from the existing exhaust system. Once removed, set aside for later. (spring clip tool or needle nose pliers)
- Remove bottom two allen cap screws (1/4" hex socket)
- Install mounting bracket using the FAB28 supplied allen cap screws (1/4" hex socket)
- Screw in bung adapters into both the front & rear headpipes
- Install existing spring clips & flanges onto both front & rear headpipes (spring clip tool or needle nose pliers)
- Install both front & rear headpipes loosely. DO NOT TIGHTEN. (1/2" socket)
- Install merge collector
- Install clamp onto merge collector loosely. DO NOT TIGHTEN
- Install muffler onto merge collector. Make sure the muffler goes past the clamp
- Adjust the merge collector to be perpendicular to the ground
- Tighten the muffler clamp (15mm socket)
- Tighten rear headpipe (1/2" socket)
- Tighten front headpipe (1/2" socket)
- Lastly, tighten the O2 sensor, once tightened you are finished
